MONGOLIAN CONTEMPORARY ART CENTER

BLUE SUN COLLECTIVE

BLUE SUN is a leading organization in Mongolia dedicated to promoting, practicing, encouraging, and inspiring contemporary art.

The Blue Sun Contemporary Art Center of Mongolia (Blue Sun CACM) is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing contemporary art in Mongolia. We collaborate with artists and curators worldwide to enhance contemporary artistic practice's creative and technical dimensions.

We aim to support and promote Mongolian contemporary artists by organizing programs, exhibitions, art camps, and other artistic initiatives. Through these efforts, we strive to increase the visibility of Mongolian contemporary art on the global stage.

Blue Sun CACM organizes ZUUN ART—Selenge Art Camp and Open Academy, unique outdoor art programs in the Mongolian countryside each year. These open-air initiatives embrace nature, abandoned structures, and unconventional spaces, transforming them into part of the creative process. By working outside traditional gallery settings, artists explore the intersection of art, space, and environment.

In addition to these camps, we regularly host contemporary art exhibitions. Despite limited financial resources, we are committed to showcasing Mongolian artists' work and doing everything possible to bring their visions to life. Our exhibitions often reflect pressing social and environmental issues, encouraging dialogue and inspiring change through creative expression.

Blue Sun CACM is open to partnerships with local and international artists, curators, and cultural organizations. We invite collaborators passionate about contemporary art and eager to participate in our programs or co-organize new projects.

Stay connected with us through our social media channels and monthly blog for updates on exhibitions, artist features, and upcoming opportunities.

Join us in shaping the future of Mongolian contemporary art.
